Ground Floor Area: The ground floor covers 235 square meters, providing ample space for a variety of living areas, including a living room, kitchen, dining area, and possibly even a guest room or home office.
First Floor Area: The first floor adds another 215 square meters, making it ideal for private bedrooms, bathrooms, and perhaps a family lounge or study area.
Total Area: Altogether, the Vienna House boasts a total area of 450 square meters, ensuring enough room for a growing family or for hosting guests.

Payment: 50% deposit balance against before shipping, generally by T/T or L/C.
Delivery: As soon as we receive the balance payment, we will arrange shipment immediately.
