Bathroom: Despite its compact size, the bathroom includes all essential amenities such as a shower, toilet, and sink, with contemporary fixtures for a comfortable experience.
Bedrooms: The tiny house includes three bedrooms, suitable for families or small groups.
Living Room: The living room is a cozy area designed for relaxation and socializing.
High-Quality Materials
Main Frame: Constructed from 0.75mm thick G550GD AZ150 light steel, the frame is designed to be strong and resilient, capable of enduring various environmental conditions.
Roofing: The roof features 0.5mm Colorbond sheets, known for their robust durability and a wide range of color options. These sheets provide excellent protection against weather elements.
Exterior Walls: The exterior is clad with 16mm metal-PU (polyurethane) sandwich panels, offering superior insulation to maintain a stable and comfortable interior climate.
Interior Walls: The internal walls are finished with 10mm integrated wall panels that are easy to clean and contribute to a modern aesthetic.
Flooring: Dry area floors are made from 9mm medium-density fiberboard (MDF), providing a durable and smooth surface that's easy to install.
Windows and Doors: Double-glazed aluminum windows and doors enhance energy efficiency and offer effective sound insulation.
