Nestled amidst the picturesque landscape of Dongqian Lake in Zhejiang, the Howard Johnson Plaza Ningbo has undergone a remarkable transformation. Blessed with breathtaking scenery and abundant resources, this renowned hotel embarked on a journey to elevate its unique charm and sophistication, with the aim of creating an idyllic retreat where guests could intimately connect with nature. DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE was entrusted with the ambitious task of renovating this iconic hotel, and we embarked on a mission to reimagine the hotel's identity.
DEEPBLUE's team of innovative designers conceptualized three sets of designs, featuring exquisite triangular cabins, each capable of accommodating six guests. These designs captured the essence of a luxurious wilderness escape, seamlessly aligning with the hotel's vision. After careful consideration, the hotel's management enthusiastically embraced one of these designs. Comprising two sets of triangular cabins in a dual-pitched arrangement, each spanning two floors, these cabins featured a total of four bedrooms and bathrooms. The model, aptly named "3 Hotel Suites," boasts dimensions of L15000×W9000×H8500mm. The ground floor area of 30.9 square meters seamlessly blends with the first-floor area of the same dimensions, resulting in a harmonious total area of 61.8 square meters.
Throughout the construction process, DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE harnessed advanced materials and state-of-the-art construction techniques to ensure that every aspect of the project met the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. With unwavering dedication, the project reached its culmination in January 2023.
