Layout and Design
The Florida tiny house layout is designed to maximize space and functionality, ensuring a comfortable living environment.
Material
Main Structure: The houses are constructed with G550GD AZ150 light steel, 0.75mm thick. This high-strength steel ensures the frame is sturdy and capable of withstanding various weather conditions.
Roofing Tile: The roof is made from 0.5mm Colorbond sheets, which are known for their durability and variety of color options. These sheets are designed to resist weathering and add an attractive finish.
Exterior Wall: The exterior walls feature 16mm metal-PU (polyurethane) sandwich panels. These panels provide excellent thermal insulation, keeping the interior comfortable in both hot and cold climates.
Internal Wall Cladding: The interior walls are clad with 10mm integrated wall panels. These panels are easy to maintain and give the interior a sleek, modern look.
Dry Area Flooring: The flooring in dry areas is made of 9mm MDF (medium-density fiberboard), providing a solid and smooth surface that is easy to install and maintain.
Windows and Doors: The tiny houses feature double-glazed aluminum windows and doors, which improve energy efficiency and provide effective sound insulation.
