Main Structure: The frame is constructed from G550GD AZ150 light steel, 0.75mm thick. This steel is renowned for its strength and resistance to environmental stress, ensuring a long-lasting structure.
Roofing Tile: The roof features 0.5mm Colorbond sheets, known for their durability and variety of color options. These sheets are designed to withstand harsh weather conditions while maintaining their visual appeal.
Exterior Wall: The exterior is clad with 16mm metal-PU (polyurethane) sandwich boards. These panels provide excellent insulation, keeping the interior temperature stable and comfortable regardless of the weather outside.
Internal Wall Cladding: Inside, the walls are finished with 10mm integrated wall panels, which are both functional and stylish. These panels are easy to clean and maintain, contributing to a modern interior look.
Dry Area Flooring: The flooring in dry areas is made from 9mm MDF (medium-density fiberboard), providing a durable and smooth surface that's easy to install and maintain.
Windows and Doors: The houses feature double-glazed aluminum windows and doors, which enhance energy efficiency and provide superior sound insulation.
