Nestled amidst the serene beauty of Dongqian Lake in Zhejiang, the Howard Johnson Plaza Ningbo has witnessed a remarkable transformation. Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and abundant natural resources, this renowned hotel embarked on a journey to enhance its unique charm and sophistication, aiming to create an idyllic retreat where guests could intimately connect with nature. DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE was entrusted with the ambitious task of renovating this extraordinary hotel, and we embarked on a mission to redefine the hotel's identity.
DEEPBLUE's team of innovative designers envisioned three distinctive designs, featuring exquisite triangular cabins, each designed to accommodate six guests. These designs captured the essence of a luxurious wilderness escape, perfectly aligning with the hotel's vision. After thoughtful consideration, the hotel's management enthusiastically embraced one of these designs. This design comprises two sets of triangular cabins arranged in a dual-pitched configuration, each spanning two floors and featuring a total of four bedrooms and bathrooms. Aptly named the "3 Hotel Suites," these cabins boast dimensions of L15000×W9000×H8500mm. The ground floor area of 30.9 square meters seamlessly blends with the first-floor area of the same dimensions, resulting in a harmonious total area of 61.8 square meters.
During the construction process, DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE utilized advanced materials and cutting-edge construction techniques to ensure that every aspect of the project met the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. With unwavering dedication, the project reached its completion in January 2023.
