Nestled amid the picturesque landscape of Dongqian Lake in the heart of Zhejiang, the Howard Johnson Plaza Ningbo has undergone a remarkable transformation. This renowned hotel, surrounded by stunning natural beauty and abundant resources, set out on a mission to enhance its unique charm and sophistication. The goal was to create an enchanting retreat where guests could immerse themselves in nature. Entrusted with this ambitious hotel renovation project, DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE embarked on a journey to redefine the hotel's identity.
DEEPBLUE's team of innovative designers crafted three distinct designs, featuring exquisite triangular cabins, each designed to accommodate six guests. These designs beautifully captured the essence of a luxurious wilderness escape, perfectly aligning with the hotel's vision. After thoughtful deliberation, the hotel's management enthusiastically embraced one of these designs. This design consists of two sets of triangular cabins arranged in a dual-pitched configuration, each spanning two floors and featuring a total of four bedrooms and bathrooms. Aptly named the "3 Hotel Suites," these cabins have dimensions of L15000×W9000×H8500mm. The ground floor area of 30.9 square meters seamlessly blends with the first-floor area of the same dimensions, resulting in a harmonious total area of 61.8 square meters.
Throughout the construction process, DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE leveraged advanced materials and cutting-edge construction techniques, ensuring that every element of the project met the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. With unwavering dedication, the project reached its culmination in January 2023.
