Nestled in the serene beauty of Dongqian Lake in Zhejiang, the Howard Johnson Plaza Ningbo has undergone a remarkable transformation. This renowned hotel, blessed with breathtaking landscapes and abundant resources, sought to enhance its unique charm and sophistication, offering guests an intimate connection with nature. DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE, entrusted with this ambitious hotel renovation project, embarked on a mission to redefine the hotel's identity.
DEEPBLUE's team of innovative designers envisioned three sets of exquisite triangular cabins, each capable of accommodating six guests. These designs epitomized the luxury of a wilderness escape, aligning perfectly with the hotel's vision. After thoughtful consideration, the hotel's management enthusiastically embraced one of these designs. Comprising two sets of triangular cabins in a dual-pitched arrangement, each spanning two floors, these cabins featured a total of four bedrooms and bathrooms. Aptly named "3 Hotel Suites," this model boasted impressive dimensions, measuring L15000×W9000×H8500mm. The ground floor area of 30.9 square meters seamlessly melded with the first-floor area of the same size, resulting in a harmonious total area of 61.8 square meters.
Throughout the construction process, DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE harnessed advanced materials and cutting-edge construction techniques, ensuring that every aspect of the project met the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. With unwavering dedication, the project reached its completion in January 2023.
