This expansive two-story residence boasts a total area of 450m², with a ground floor area of 235m² and a first floor area of 215m². The villa stands as a testament to DeepBlue's commitment to creating luxurious, functional, and aesthetically pleasing living spaces.
Size and Layout: The villa has an impressive size of 17,400×13,630mm, providing ample space for a comfortable and luxurious lifestyle. The ground floor area of 235m² offers a generous amount of room for various living spaces, while the first floor area of 215m² provides additional living and sleeping quarters.

Payment terms, Delivery, and Service
Payment: 50% deposit balance against before shipping, generally by T/T or L/C.
Delivery: As soon as we receive the balance payment, we will arrange shipment immediately.
Service: After-sale warranty service within one year.
